Pressure

In about less than 2 months, I’ll be taking the exam that all my family and relatives have been awaiting for and through out 12 years of getting educated at school, I’m finally about to sit for O Levels. This exam determines whether you’re getting a better future or not and it’s sersly stresses me out knowing that if I were to have crap results, I’d be a disgrace to both sides of my family and a complete failure, fml.

I know that I can do it but I just tend to be more.. Sluggish. My straight A cousin whom have been studying her membranes out have, of course, been studying even more and I’m just here, sitting, typing and not doing anything useful that would ever be helpful for this upcoming exam. I’m really afraid that I won’t be able to get flying colours, but, who can blame the results when the examinee didn’t exert effort, right?

So, if I end up receiving worthless grades, I only have myself to blame. At times, I get really mad at myself because I’m a very 半途而废 person whenever it comes to revising From holding a book and writing in the study room downstairs, I can end up upstairs in my parent’s room holding the iPad and watching tv at the same time whilst drinking/eating (so fat), sigh..

Also, recently, my parents gave me more lectures about life, the importance of life, what to do in life if I cannot be competent and I’d be ship to Cambodia for labour if my O Levels have shitty outcomes (lol kidding).

Hopefully, I’ll eventually come to my senses, like, tomorrow and make my parents proud *wishful thinking

Feelings?

Woke up at 8AM today just to have breakfast with a few of my classmates (Lynne, Wen Bin & Samuel). My day was definitely well spent  

Had breakfast at Bello Café (the eggs benedict was really good)and went to catch The Dark Knight Rises at 11.30am and the movie was 2hrs++++ long. Twas not bad? 6.5/10

Lynne then had to go for music class at 3.30pm and left me with Samuel & WB since the uncle have to send me home along with Samuel. Before WB sent us home, we went to Pastamania, Bunut to have our lunch; which was around 4pm++

It was actually fun having lunch with them because I found out about so many things and they were really open about some personal stuff that got me quite hooked Though, they were constantly satirizing me with one of their “friend”(complete bstrd).

Anyway, after lounging at the restaurant for an hour or so, I made the both of them go cycling with me at my neighborhood and twas the funniest thing, ever.

So, yesterday, I was really miffed at this person and thought that today would be even worse. But I thought wrong. Because of today’s outing, it made me realize there’s so much more in life than being upset over something that’s temporary. I’m not certain how it made me feel better in just a day but, I guess I finally came to my senses? Albeit I can’t guarantee how I’ll feel tomorrow, the day after tomorrow or for the upcoming days – I’d like to try to keep the positivity up

Over-thinking may suck loads, especially if you (me) can’t stop over-thinking throughout the WHOLE day and your thoughts are just worsened by the hour, sitting there, being irrational etc.

As long as I’m able to be more care-free and think on the bright side for myself, I hope I’ll be competent to not be miffed easily by that person..

Haha ok, enough for my feelings.

MSW’s 3rd Sport Stacking Tournament

As little of you know, my youngest brother play this “speed stack”; where you simply stack cups and reassemble them back to the way it was as fast as possible. After 9 months of non-stop training (sibeh annoying and noisy) and watching international stackers on Youtube with their super speed hands wtf my bro decided to enter this year’s stacking competition.

I’m proud to say that he got 2nd place!! My family and I were at My Small World from 9AM to 4.30PM fyi and we were just dazing the whole time whilst waiting for my bro’s turn  

The morning session was the preliminary round, then he got into the finals, hence, going in again in the afternoon. It was very tiring lo. But I guess it was worth it

If you realized, the guy at the table looks like he’s pointing a middle finger to the kid HAHAHAHA but he’s not.

 

My bro’s shirt quoted, “I’m not doing shit today”.

 

Not to mention the awards were presented by the Minister of CCA himself (the one on the right)

 

This little girl got 1st place and she only started stacking 4 months ago!!

 

His first trophy, ever. Happy boy.

 

None of us wanted to lend him our cell to call his girlfriend because he wanted to tell her the good news so he used a payphone instead *plays music out of no where* -I’M AT A PAAAAAAAYPHONE TRYING TO CALL HOME, ALL OF MY CHANGE I SPENT ON YOU- haha kidding, he’s just posing. All of the above before the music are complete false information.

Even though we don’t keep in contact as often as we used to but we still manage to keep up with everything, staying close (like one panty two people wear).

Exchange training programme w/ CHMMB

First thing’s first, I just want to let you know that I’m really proud of my year end papers coz twas unexpectedly good! The result came out with all the effort I put in during exam week, especially for Biology and Geography AWESOME FEELING.

^ How I was studying for Geography. Also, I’d like to thank the class monitor (who shall not be named) for copying all the Geo notes on Friday class when I was absent because without those notes, I don’t think I’d even pass the 2 papers. Really appreciate it

Moving on to the Miri trip our band had. We went to SMK Chung Hua Miri for an exchange training programme with them to improve on everything since our band is very umm.. appalling. Definitely had an awesome time with the students there. They’re all so friendly and super modest!

The road trip was a bumpy, noisy and tired one.

All of us were required to wake up crazy early during the stay over there because since we have 5 girls in one room and we need to wash our hair and it’d take forever. We were staying at Imperial Palace and frankly speaking, the hotel is quite grand.

Forgot to mention that we were all practicing by sectional so the only people that Stephanie, Nadhirah and I got close with is the CHMMB’s saxophonists. They’re all guys and we’re all girls. Suppose they have another girl in their section but she was on hols.


I love each and every moment with all of them because we’re always caught laughing and fooling around. Not to mention, the noisiest among all sections ^_^


The one in a black tee is Aquila and also the section leader (15), the one in white is Jeremy (13), the one in light pink is Alvin (16) and the one in blue is Adriel aka Ariel (15). They all look older than their age right (except for Jeremy)?! Actually most of their band members look older than they really are.

A lot of things happened in between but I’m just too lazy to list things out right now. For example we had fundamental training and lessons and all the stuff lah. Most of the detailed photos are with the journalist I guess?

We might be going back on January again YAAAYYY.
